Shipping Policy
Items ship within 1-3 business days. Any amount of shipping "overcharge" will be credited back to you once the shipping label has been made. Items typically are shipped via ground 3-5 days, but please contact me or leave a note in your order during checkout if you wish to choose a quicker shipping option. You will be notified in the case shipping or processing has been delayed in any way. Always feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns about shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
NEC Designs accepts returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. While returns and exchanges aren't typically approved, please reach out within 7 days of your item's arrival if you experience any issues. If something is wrong with your order, I will always work to make it right.
