Welcome to NEC Designs Ceramics

Hello! I’m Natalie, a full-time designer and part-time ceramicist creating small-batch pottery from my home studio just outside Atlanta, GA.
I believe the objects we use every day should feel special. Handmade pieces elevate simple moments—turning your morning coffee or evening tea into a ritual worth savoring. Each mug, bowl, and plate I make is designed to combine functionality and beauty, because art should be part of your daily life.
Every piece is crafted slowly and intentionally over weeks, ensuring durability and uniqueness. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, handmade pottery carries a story, one of craft, care, and connection.

My Values

NEC Designs Ceramics was founded on sustainability and ethical making. I reuse packing materials and choose recyclable options whenever possible, because beautiful objects shouldn’t come at the cost of the planet. Each piece is made to last a lifetime. It is art you can use every day, for years to come.

My Story

I fell in love with ceramics in high school and began selling at local markets in Dallas, TX. A lucky find—a free kiln—allowed me to keep creating after graduation, and I’ve been shaping clay ever since. During 2020, I expanded online, sharing my work across the country. Today, I continue to sell locally and online, crafting pottery that brings beauty and intention into everyday routines.
Because handmade objects do more than serve a function—they create connection, invite mindfulness, and turn the ordinary into something meaningful.
I believe handmade objects beautify our homes and create a methodical approach to everyday tasks and meal times.
